I agree with the addition of split screen. I never played Halo due to consoles' paid multiplayer and also due to the fact that I owned a PS3 before ditching consoles for good and coming to PC. To Be Honest, I was really looking forward to this feature, since I really wanted to invite one of my cousins to my house and show him the game.
I'd might ending up inviting another one of my cousins and the 3 of us playing on my PC. It's so much fun when you have family members around instead of online, since we can swear and all. Also, you should lower resolution in-game before trying this out, as it demands really a lot of graphical power in order to open 4 instances of the game, depending on your machine. When I have understood everything righ the tool migrated and is developed by Distro in a totally new way with help of the SteamEmu. For everyone that wants to play L4D2 Splitscreen you can use that last version of the previous tool.

With the old it worked very well, the only bad thing was that I could not set the resolution to a level that didnt sucked. I'm an experienced. NET programmer, and really got angry because they didn't include a Split-screen option on the PC version of the game. So, I searched the internet, and found several ways of running the game on split-screen or multi-monitor, but all of them involved having several programs, and are not easily modified for playing with different number of players. Cool stuff: - Runs 4 players on only 1 monitor!
This works with the Steam Version! Click on [Browse Search for your Borderlands2. Click on Borderlands 2. Select the number of players.
Set the players screens. If not, you can already start the game by clicking "PLAY". WAIT for all the screens to position! Set Network to LAN. Open a Game on any Player.
